PATCHS is an online consultation service that allows you to quickly and easily access GP services. This has now replaced E-Consultation at the practice.
PATCHS should only be used for non-emergency medical requests that and requests that can be dealt with electronically. If your request is urgent and during opening hours please contact the surgery on 0151 424 3986 or when the surgery is closed please contact 111.
If you know you require a face to face appointment, please do not use this service and contact reception for an appointment.
To reduce demand on our telephone lines please do not to call the practice with regards to an online consultation submitted on PATCHS unless your condition has worsened since submitting the request.
The practice aims to respond to online consultations within 72 hours of submission and this can be via email, telephone or text.
