Overview of the practice and contact information
Bevan Group Practice is made up of two sites, Beaconsfield Primary Care Centre and West Bank Medical Centre.
Opening Hours, extended access and out of hours contacts
Beaconsfield Primary Care Centre is open Monday – Friday between 8am – 6.30pm (Wednesday the practice is open from 7am)
West Bank Medical Centre is open Monday – Friday between 8am – 6pm.
How to register
To register with the practice you must live in a WA8 postcode.
You will need to come to either practice to collect registration forms and speak to a receptionist who will advise you further.

Access to buildings – additional needs
Both Beaconsfield and West Bank have access for disabled patients and there are disabled facilities on site. A lift is available at the Beaconsfield site for patients to access the upstairs rooms if required.
Extended hours
The practice holds an early morning surgery once a week at the Beaconsfield site. Appointments will be available with both a doctor and a nurse.

Training
As an approved training practice your appointment maybe with:
- GP registrars
fully qualified doctors who spend six months per year with us prior to qualifying as a GP.
