Non – NHS Work

Some services we provide are not funded by the NHS and require a charge before completion.

GPs do not have to carry out non-NHS work on behalf of our patients.

Whilst the GPs will always attempt to assist their patients with the completion of forms they are not required to do such non-NHS work.

Some examples on non-NHS work are:

  • Private Sick Notes
  • Private Letters
  • Insurance Forms
  • Holiday Cancellation Forms
  • Medical Reports
  • Private Medicals
  • Fitness to Travel Certifications
  • Private Prescriptions
  • Some Vaccination Services

Please call the practice for more information on the fee’s and how to request the above.

Most non- NHS work will take up to 4 weeks to be completed depending on the depth of the request. Please call the practice for more information.
