The practice has been having problems with the phones lines with both incoming and outgoing calls for a few weeks.
We have been informed by our IT team that the problem is not just at Bevan Group but practices across the area. They have found a bug in the phone systems which needs to be upgraded and could take several weeks.
We would like to apologise to the patients for the inconvenience this is causing however it is out of our hands.
Alternatively instead of calling the practice you can fill out an ‘E-Consultation’ on the website which will be sent to a GP and you will have a response within 72 hours (only including working days)
